Meeting Time Finder

Add participants in different time zones and set a shared workday window. The tool lists hours when everyone is within that window on the date you choose. Everything runs locally in your browser — your inputs are not uploaded to produce the result.

For each hour of the day, local times for every participant are checked against your workday start and end. Hours where everyone is inside that window are listed. Adjust the workday start and end to match your team’s availability (for example 08:00–18:00).

Each participant has a zone and shares one workday window you set (for example 09:00–17:00 local). Hours that sit inside everyone’s window are listed for the date you choose. Overnight-only overlap will look empty — widen the window or pick another date.

DST is applied per zone for that date. Six people is a practical cap for a readable grid. After you pick an hour, send it as an explicit zone (“15:00 London / 10:00 New York”) so nobody converts twice.
